Send us your insurance requirements with the RFP and we return a matching COI before the notice to proceed.
+Can you work through our bid, purchase order, and net invoicing process?
Yes. We respond to RFPs and informal quotes, accept purchase orders, and invoice on net 30 or net 45 terms so the display fits your procurement rules. For public works scope we also handle DIR registration, prevailing wage, and certified payroll.
+How do you handle work in the public right of way and around pedestrians?
We pull encroachment permits and set up approved traffic control before any work over medians, sidewalks, or travel lanes. Street-facing installs run early morning or overnight, we keep sidewalks ADA-clear during business hours, and we protect tree health when we wrap trunks and canopies.
+Will the lights be ready in time for our tree lighting ceremony?
