Holiday lighting for theaters, studios and arts venues in Los Angeles

Commercial Christmas Lights for Arts & Theaters

Arts venues across LA run on a performance calendar, not a nine to five, so we schedule installs around your dark days and load-in windows to keep the stage door and box office clear. From the historic marquees along Hollywood Boulevard to the courtyards of Pasadena and the Music Center plaza downtown, we light facades and entrances so patrons feel the occasion the moment they arrive. We work quietly around matinees, evening curtains, and your house crew so the show always comes first.

  • We carry commercial liability and issue a certificate of insurance naming your theater, landlord, and the city as additional insured, sized to the limits your venue or rental agreement requires.
  • We install and service on dark days and off-peak hours so nothing blocks your load-in, stage door, or the patron path to the box office.
  • Many LA houses sit in historic districts or carry landmark status, so we use non-penetrating clips and existing anchor points to protect original facades and marquees.
  • We keep every exit, illuminated sign, and egress route fully clear so displays pass a fire marshal walk-through and your certificate of occupancy stays clean.
  • Older buildings often run on tight electrical, so we plan circuits and use low-draw LED runs that will not trip a breaker mid-performance.
  • We match your season's look, from a classic gold marquee glow to bold color for a holiday production, so the lighting reads as part of your brand.

Arts & Theaters Holiday Lighting FAQs

+Can you install without interrupting our performance schedule?
Yes. We build the install around your calendar, working dark days, early mornings, or the hours between load-out and the next call, and we coordinate directly with your house or stage manager so crews and patrons are never in our way.
+Do you provide a certificate of insurance for our venue and landlord?
Yes, and we send it before we set foot on site. Tell us who needs to be named as additional insured and the limits your agreement calls for, and we issue a COI that satisfies your venue, property manager, and the city.
+We are in a historic building with a protected marquee. Can you still light it?
Yes. We work with historic and landmark facades regularly, using non-penetrating clips, existing conduit, and tension methods so nothing drills into original material. If your building sits in an HPOZ or carries landmark status, we plan the mounting to respect those rules.
+Will the lighting affect our fire code or exits?
No. We keep exits, exit signage, and egress paths clear, and we size power so displays run on their own low-draw circuits. Everything is planned to pass a fire marshal walk-through and keep your occupancy in good standing.
+When should we book for the holiday season?
Book by early fall, ideally September to mid October, so we can survey the building, confirm your performance calendar, and hold an install date before your holiday programming opens. Popular houses fill our dark-day slots first, so booking earlier gives you the most flexible scheduling.
