Christmas Lights for Hotels & Resorts in Los Angeles

Commercial Christmas Lights for Hotels & Resorts

Los Angeles hotels get judged the second a guest rolls into the motor court, and the holidays raise that bar. We light porte-cocheres, palm-lined drives, and rooflines for properties from Beverly Hills and Century City to Santa Monica, Pasadena, and Marina del Rey, working around valet lanes, banquet calendars, and full occupancy. Our crews stage the loud, ladder-heavy work overnight or before check-in, so your guests only ever see the finished glow.

• ✓ COI on request naming your ownership group, property management company, and any REIT or asset manager as additional insured, alongside our general liability and workers comp, sent straight to your risk team before we set foot on property.
• ✓ Install and service windows built around your occupancy, arrivals, and event calendar. Most motor court and lobby work happens overnight or between 5am and 9am so valet, bell staff, and guest traffic stay clear.
• ✓ A palette that holds to your brand standards, understated warm white for a luxury property or a fuller multicolor look for a family resort, mocked up and approved before we order a single strand.
• ✓ Focal points that read from the street and the drive-up: porte-cochere framing, motor court trees, palm trunk wraps, roofline runs, and lobby and ballroom accents set on your photocell and event schedule.
• ✓ Fire lane, standpipe, hydrant, and ADA egress clearance kept per LAFD and local code, with rooftop and high anchor points handled by lift or trained climbers, never taped to sprinkler lines or fire equipment.
• ✓ Sealed, marine-grade connections for coastal properties in Santa Monica, Marina del Rey, and Malibu where salt air and canyon wind chew through consumer product, plus mid-season maintenance visits and post-season takedown with labeled off-site storage.
