These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of hollywoodchristmas.co (the "Site") and the services provided by Hollywood Christmas Lights & Decorators ("Hollywood Christmas Lights," "we," "us," or "our"). Please read them carefully.

Effective date: August 5, 2026. By using the Site, submitting a form, or engaging our services, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site or our services.

1. Our Services

Hollywood Christmas Lights & Decorators provides holiday lighting installation, holiday decorating, permanent architectural lighting, event lighting, and related products and rentals in the greater Los Angeles area. Descriptions of services on the Site are for general information and do not constitute a binding offer.

2. Quotes, Estimates & Scheduling

Quote requests submitted through the Site are requests for information and do not create a contract. Pricing is custom and is confirmed in a written estimate or agreement before work begins. Scheduling is subject to availability, weather, and site conditions. Any agreement for services is governed by the written estimate, proposal, or service agreement we provide to you, which will control in the event of a conflict with these Terms.

3. Mobile Messaging (SMS) Terms

These Mobile Messaging Terms are part of, and incorporated into, these Terms & Conditions and apply to our text messaging program (the "Program").

  • Program description. By providing your mobile number and checking the SMS consent box on one of our web forms, you consent to receive recurring text messages (SMS/MMS) from Hollywood Christmas Lights & Decorators. Messages may include quote follow-ups, appointment scheduling and reminders, service and account updates, and occasional promotional offers.
  • Consent. Your consent to receive text messages, including messages delivered using automated technology, is provided when you submit your number and check the consent box. Consent is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services.
  • Message frequency. Message frequency varies based on your interactions with us.
  • Cost. Message and data rates may apply according to your mobile carrier plan. You are responsible for any such charges.
  • Opt-out. You may opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message. After you reply STOP, we will send a single confirmation message and will not send you further texts unless you opt in again. You may also opt out by calling (818) 824-8890 or emailing info@hollywoodchristmas.co.
  • Help. For help, reply HELP to any message or contact us at (818) 824-8890.
  • Supported carriers. Supported carriers include major U.S. carriers such as AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile, and others. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
  • Privacy. Your mobile information and SMS opt-in data are handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes, and text-messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties.

4. Use of the Site

You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes and not to interfere with its operation, attempt to gain unauthorized access, or use it in a way that could harm us or any other party. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you submit through the Site.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site, including text, graphics, logos, images, and design, is owned by or licensed to Hollywood Christmas Lights & Decorators and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from the content without our prior written permission.

6. Disclaimers

The Site and its content are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. Any service warranties are as stated in your written service agreement, if any.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Hollywood Christmas Lights & Decorators and its owners, employees, and contractors will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Site or these Terms, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability arising out of the Site will not exceed one hundred dollars ($100).

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Hollywood Christmas Lights & Decorators and its owners, employees, and contractors from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of your use of the Site or your violation of these Terms.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Site will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Los Angeles County, California.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Effective date" above. Your continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
