+Do you supply the lights, or do we buy them?
We provide commercial-grade LED strands sized and custom-cut to your home. You are not buying big-box product that fails after one season, and we store your lights labeled by run so the next install goes faster.
+What happens if a strand goes out mid-December?
We come back and fix it, included in the package. If a run goes dark during the season we schedule a service visit, usually within a couple of days, so your display is not half-lit for holiday guests.
+Do you take the lights down too?
Yes, takedown and storage are part of every install. We remove everything in January, box it labeled by section, and hold it in our facility so it is ready and undamaged for next year.
